Check out the tutorial below khổng lồ see me move sầu through the render và export process.
Adobe Premiere features one of the most advanced sets of options to lớn customize how you render your final video production. Read on lớn find out how to lớn choose those settings & get the most from your export.
Start the Export
You probably already know this, but it warrants mentioning that the purpose of rendering is lớn create a finished Clip file that you can export và nội dung. Adobe Premiere stores project files as “.prproj”, but this doesn’t include a finished video clip file that you can upload online.
To start exporting in Adobe Premiere, go lớn the File > Export > Media thực đơn. You’ll see a new window pop up with tons of settings you can choose to export your đoạn phim.

Navigate to File > Export > Media khổng lồ start exporting your Adobe Premiere project.
This menu is where the power of Premiere’s rendering options live sầu. You can change everything from the portion of the sequence you’ll export khổng lồ the quality & codec settings in the finished tệp tin. Let’s learn more about tweaking these options so that your Clip comes out great.
Select What lớn Export
While many tools require you khổng lồ select what you want to lớn export before you start rendering, Premiere’s export settings are flexible. The first setting that I recommend tweaking is selecting the portion of the đoạn Clip that you want to lớn export. If you want lớn export the entire sequence from your project, you can skip this step. However, it’s good practice to lớn scan through your đoạn Clip in that pnhận xét window to lớn make sure your in & out points are where you intended.
To select a portion of the đoạn Clip to lớn export, grab the handles below the preview và drag them to lớn the start and endpoint of the đoạn phim you want to use. The flag on the left side of the pđánh giá controls the starting point of the video, while the right flag controls the endpoint.

Set the flags below the pĐánh Giá lớn export a portion of your Clip project as needed.
After you’ve selected the portion of your đoạn phim you want to export, it’s worth checking out the Source settings (upper left corner of this window.) You can draw a crop window on the part of the canvas you want lớn export. I lượt thích this option when you need to lớn create specific platkhung videos, like square format files for Instagram. If you vị not need lớn crop your resolution, you can leave sầu the setting as is.

Draw the crop rectangle on your footage using the Source thực đơn.

Set the Video Format và Preset
Video formats are complicated, & there are many choices for how you export your đoạn Clip.
I’m going lớn simplify this process because it helps address 90% of đoạn Clip export needs. Usually, it’s great to choose the H.264 format. This is a codec that’s compatible with so many devices và services that it’s typically the right choice. It does a nice job compressing your đoạn phim tệp tin while preserving the quality.

Choose a đoạn Clip format using the Format dropdown. H.264 is a good choice for most videos.
Times you may want khổng lồ use another format is if you are not exporting for online upload (ex: your đoạn Clip will play on a large screen directly from the digital file,) or if you know the service you’re sharing khổng lồ has specific format requirements. If you just want to export audio, try out MP3 from the dropdown. There are also GIF settings if you’re going lớn create something catchy for social truyền thông media.
Now, it’s time khổng lồ choose a Preset. This dropdown menu lets you select a resolution & quality setting. You’ll see a ton of options to apply khổng lồ your export.

There are presets in the Adobe Premiere export window lớn choose the site destination or playbaông chồng chất lượng for your đoạn Clip.
Typically, I look for settings that match the platkhung or site that I’ll be uploading lớn. Adobe Premiere makes it really easy with all of its presets for YouTube, Vimeo, thiết bị di động, & more.
You can also tichồng the respective sầu boxes khổng lồ toggle “Export Video” và “Export Audio” if you want khổng lồ exclude either from your finished tệp tin.
The most important thing to remember with this setting is that you don’t want to lớn phối the chất lượng too high. For example, if your project resolution is 1280×800, exporting a finished Clip at 1080p may distort your footage, as the final tệp tin resolution will be 1920×1080 (larger than the footage in your project.)
Also, make sure to lớn cliông xã on the Output Name khổng lồ choose where you want to save the đoạn Clip tệp tin và how you want to lớn name it. Cliông xã on Export và the render will begin.
